Three out of four of the old guard Madison County (MADCO) officials are gone. The fourth will resign before his term expires in 2028. More later.

A corrupt district attorney is in charge of law enforcement.
District Attorney Gabor is next. We need to show this asshole the door in November of 2024. Know any lawyer from anywhere that wants his job? They just have to move to Madison County if they win. Even if they were last in their class in law school, that's no problem. They just need a pulse. They need to be or switch to Republican because the county is Republican.
This asshole refused to prosecute a case that involved dozens of felonies and misdemeanors by a woman. For some violations, he didn't even need to lift a finger since signed court documents were the only evidence he needed. Gabor absolutely refused to even answer the phone after several attempts over months trying to contact him. Instead his assistants answered the phone and refused to transfer the call. He received the paperwork about this so he knows damn well what it was about.
When the DA prosecutes solely based on politics, there is no other word for it except corruption.
Gabor let off a person for stealing $130,000 from the state but prosecutes jaywalkers. He cried like a baby when his assistant took drugs. But inside the Madison County Office Building, that might not be a bad thing.
Gabor is carrying on Madison County's long tradition of screwing the innocent and letting the guilty go free as was done to poor bastard Delbert Ward.
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
$10,000 REWARD
People that know Sheriff Hood say he is the most honest person in county government. That's not a high bar to beat but we're glad at least one person is. Problem is that Hood has his head in the sand and doesn't know his men. Two of his deputies belong in state prison. That's all I'm going to say since soon I'll handle this in another arena. But if you suspect any MADCO sheriff deputy is on the wrong side of the law, as I believe these two are, please contact us. If they are prosecuted and sentenced, I'll pay a $10,000 reward. If they only lose their jobs and pension, $5,000 will be paid.
MORE ON THE WARD BROTHERS
There were three Ward brothers. Gabor's mentor, theorized that the brothers were having sex together and the sex went bad. I'm not making this shit up! Brother Bill was dying of cancer so the DA changed his theory to Bill's death was a mercy killing by Delbert. Folks in Munnsville knew the DA was full of shit and rallied around their neighbor. Friends said Delbert couldn't hurt a suffering animal, much less his brother. Citizens raised money for his legal fight. The town defended him. The jury acquitted him.
The DA said Delbert smothered Bill. Then the DA said no.... a doctor believes there was a thingy with Bill's nose so maybe that's it. Throw enough shit at the wall something might stick. Gabor's pal couldn't keep his lies straight for the jury.
Police coerced a confession out of Delbert Ward that he signed even though he couldn't read or write. The District Attorney, and Gabor's mentor, exercised the Peter Principal and went on to become MADCO Supreme Court Judge Cerio.

A prominent Oneida lawyer and former member of the MADCO Board of Supervisors said Cerio is corrupt. This attorney told my lawyer not to bother going to court because 'I have Cerio in my pocket'. My lawyer said 'I'd rather not think this to be true. This is still America.' But this is Madison County.
